Complete turnkey project based on ESR processing can be offered which will include design, engineering, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, trial runs and performance demonstration at customers' site.

AV Alloys is capable in design & technology to set up superior ESR plants to produce 80 mm to 600 mm diameter ingots weighing upto 5 MT. The plant can be supplied with all auxilliaries & metallurgical software required to produce quality consistently.
